You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need to have the app installed.
How to request deletion
Email support@marothiatechs.com from the address or with the mobile number registered on the account, and tell us:
- Which product or app the account is for
- The registered mobile number or email address
- Your business name, if it is a Wisdom OMS or Wisdom Accounting account

What happens next
- We verify that the request comes from the account owner. This protects you from someone else deleting your business data.
- We confirm by email what will be deleted and what we are required to retain.
- We action the deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.
- Data also disappears from our encrypted backups as those backups age out, within90 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, login credentials and profile details
- Your name, mobile number, email address and postal address
- For Wisdom OMS: your marketplace connections and the stored credentials for them, your orders, returns, inventory and payment reconciliation records
- For our games: your leaderboard entry, display name and profile picture
What we may have to keep
Indian tax and company law requires us to retain certain records even after an account is closed. Where that applies we keep only the minimum required, and only for as long as the law requires:
- Invoices and payment records for your purchases from us, as required by tax law
- Records needed for an active legal claim, dispute or regulatory request
These are not used for any other purpose, and are deleted once the retention period ends.
Data on your own device
Uninstalling an app removes the data stored on your device. For the desktop accounting software, your backups live in local storage on your own computer — we have no copy of those and cannot delete them for you.
Deleting an account is permanent
Once deleted, business data cannot be recovered. If you only want to stop being billed, or to pause your subscription instead, talk to us first — that is usually the better option.
